Heavy-Duty Gravity Pallet Flow Racking System for High-Density Storage

The system of pallet flow racks is similar to the system of push-back racks, and the difference between them is that rails and carts are replaced by roller channels. The roller channels are inclined so that pallets with cargoes are able to slide from the higher end to the lower end by gravity. Moreover, there are damping sets among the rollers, controlling the speed of sliding so as not to damage the cargo. The approach of management is FIFO.

Pallet flow racking, or "pallet live storage," is ideal if you operate a first-in, first-out (FIFO) cargo storage configuration. With this system, you can save at least 60% space compared with traditional pallet racking.

Our pallet flow system offers a dynamic storage solution with integrated conveyor modules to fit most pallet types and sizes. It is ideally suited for the beverage industry or as a buffer warehouse for manufacturing.

Pallets move on full-width or double-track rollers. When the front pallets are removed from the front of the rack, the rear pallets are retained. Owing to automatic braking, together with the combined load guidance and the end stop, the pallets always move safely and smoothly.
